Portrivo is designed for lawful, respectful, and consent-based AI portrait creation. By using Portrivo, you agree not to upload photos, request outputs, or use generated content in a way that violates this Content Policy.

1. Consent and rights

You may only upload photos that you have the right to use. If the photos show another person, you must have that person's permission to use the photos for AI generation. You must not upload photos of people without their consent.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use Portrivo to create, request, upload, or distribute:

- sexual, explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content;
- sexualized or exploitative content involving minors;
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- hateful, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content;
- violent, graphic, or threatening imagery;
- illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity;
- impersonation, deception, fraud, or misleading identity use;
- content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights;
- images of public figures, private individuals, brands, characters, or protected works where you do not have the necessary rights or permission.

3. Uploaded photos

Uploaded photos should be appropriate for portrait generation. Do not upload group photos, photos containing people who did not consent, or photos that include sensitive private information.

4. Generated outputs

Generated outputs must be used lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for how you use, publish, edit, or share generated outputs.

5. Enforcement

Portrivo may refuse, cancel, retry, restrict, remove, or block orders that appear to violate this policy. We may also suspend access to the service where necessary to protect users, third parties, or Portrivo.
